  19.    well, we have reached march 1996, that means our first universary! yes it
  20.    is true! 1 year moz[IC]art - and we did quite well - when I am allowed to 
  21.    say that  at this  point!  I have to  thank all the  former,  PRESENT and 
  22.    future members of our team...

  24.    for that we have also  to get some rulez fixed which have to be followed.
  25.    they are not made to piss anyone off, just to keep a high standard in the
  26.    group, here we go...

  28.    the major change at this time is, that the leading team got a new member,
  29.    so we are not longer just 4 guys keeping this group going, but 5!
  30.  
  31.    the new leading team  is:  ReeBoK,  G0D\\ode,  Gvyt,  Locutus  and  Wave!
  32.    (in  alphabetical  order,  except for  ReeBoK  who is the founder of this
  33.    team ;)

  35.    so what are they doing...
  36.  
  37.    ReeBoK  is  responsible  for  all  releases,  that means:  no  file  will 
  38.    officialy spread  before it passed  ReeBoKs  hands  (or harddisks even ;)
  39.    how to do that: everyone who has a program/tool/whatever ready to release
  40.    has to get  it to one of the organizers.  (easiest way is to upload it on
  41.    one of our central bbs's).  there ReeBoK or G0D\\ode will call constantly
  42.    and get the stuff.  ReeBoK  will check  it and make it 'release-ready'...
  43.    furthermore  ReeBoK  is responsible  for members  all  around  the world,
  44.    except for  Spain  and  Switzerland ...  ReeBoK takes  also care  for the
  45.    internet coordination...

  47.    Gvyt  is responsible for all  members in  Spain,  consult him if there is 
  48.    anything to say about the Spainish division...
  49.  
  50.    Locutus  and  Wave  are  responsible  for  all  members  in  switzerland,
  51.    furthermore  they are  arranging  the  mozicart.nfo  file  and  keep  the
  52.    group  going.  they are  also  responsible  for all  other contries where
  53.    members want to  join (except Austria, Spain and  Germany).  distribution
  54.    sites  (agoras)  will  only be taken  by  them,  so  they  are the people
  55.    where you will forward applications to. also requests  will be handled by
  56.    them from now on...

  58.    G0D\\ode  is our newest member in the leading team. he is responsible for
  59.    the courier coordination.  what means exactly that, as soon as  a release
  60.    is ready,  he will go and upload it to  A L L  centrals and member boards
  61.    which  will make  a spreading  for  the other  couriers  much  easier ...
  62.    he will  furthermore support ReeBoK with the internet coordination on the
  63.    moz[IC]art releases...
  64.    all  current couriers have to get  him a list  with the names and numbers
  65.    where  they are  spreading  our  releases to.  also couriers  can only be
  66.    taken by him, courier applications have to be forwared to him!

  68.    agoras have to get our releases by themself, if they don't get  them in a
  69.    period of 7 days, when they are out, they will be removed...  We will try
  70.    to fix a perfect courier team in the future that all our releases will be
  71.    uploaded by ourself... You will be informed in time...
